I'm not going to gush about last night with jake, because i'm sure none of u who read this really want to read about him. But last night was very special to me. It was a near perfect evening. The thing that hindered the perfectness was when we were escourted to the parking lot by a security officer...
He actually picked me up on time! Mom had called him Josh earlier, so he is now "going to jump" my mom. This coming from the guy who is still writing "ur mom" on my truck windows--i'm not too worried. We exchanged gifts. He gave me a box of russell stovers french choc mints,and a choc rose. Later he also gave me a heart locket bracelet. We joked that since i can hear him coming down the hall with his metals on his letter jacket, he had to get me somthing that jingles. The night was , dang i can't even sum it up in one descriptive word.
Well we eventually saw "50 first dates" and that movie is hilarious!!!!
At the restaurant where we went in the middle of union station, he saw some friends of the family, and then when we went to the plaza for a movie i saw Mark (my boss). Jake showed me the place he is going to take me for our 6month.
This was the first Valentine's day spent with a guy for me. Adam always went out of town on valentine's day. Jimmer's girlfriend went out of town this year. connection?
So yeah, last night was nice, and i need to call elsbe to see if she wants to go to a movie monday or lunch or just hang out.
Oh we are gettin a new TV for our living room. A 32" one, and and and a camrecorder(sp?)!!! I can't wait to use that!!! I've wanted one of those for soooooooo long!
