This has been a most tiring and trying week. It was suppose to be the busiest week in April but Monday I only went to school long enough to take a humanities test, that took like 12 min to do and then i went home and to the doctors. Doc didn't know what the hell was wrong with me. Why should he? He gave me medicine that hasn't done much of anything, i got worse before i got better, and i'm not too much better. Monday i said i'd got a lip job over the weekend for prom and it went wrong. My lips were HUGE and got bigger Tuesday. I didn't go to school at all that day. Landa told me Miss Roberson was in disbelief that i was actually sick! Geez woman i like never get THIS sick. In fact i think Tuesday was the first full school day i had taken off because i was sick. I am a goody goody who always goes to school. Its too much work trying to make stuff up! My eyes have been watery all week so that is annoying because everything is blurry all the time. That made for another challege when i had to take a physics IB test. I dont' understand it and then ya got to make it so i can't read it either. sheesh! I didnt go to work at all this week. It sucked staying home because i couldn't do anything but sleep, bc i couldn't see anything. Wednesday i was feeling a little better and went to school. Choir got a 2 at competition and we all thought we had got a 3 because of how bad we messed up the last song "Agnus Dei" but the 3 judges all gave us a 2. Got a ride home Thurday with my favorite guy because i didn't feel like staying for the IB art show after all, and i didn't feel up to work.
Thursday i found out that i have been accepted to UMKC and i won the Chancellor's Scholar award so i get $2,400 renewable each year! That is good bc i'm for sure not getting any money from the gov! There is no way my parents can come up with the amount of money they say they can!!!
Josh Levin invited me to his rectial April 30 at 7:30 at St.Pat's. Jake's recital is May 2. So there is one before and after prom that i am to go to.
Landa and i have tryouts for sr spotlight next thursday, so i'll be taking off work AGAIN. I am going to practice this weekend landa, Promise! In fact when i came home today i popped that cd in and went through to see where i wasn't coming up with a melody.Then i got to remember not to sing harmonies for the second half. Oh and the words. It would help if i knew the words too huh. : )
Should be an interesting weekend because my mom just left. That means my dad will have to make decisions. That never really turns out to be a good thing. Like right now he has been asking me and jimmer for about an hour what we want for dinner. *shakes head* Long weekend indeed!
